Pending Home Sales
Thought I would post this article to keep an eye out on the national market. Prices continue to decline, however, pending home sales (escrows) were up for the third consecutive month. Also, check out this article about California housing.
Pending home sales are a forward-looking indicator since many of the contracts don’t result in completed deals for many weeks or months.
If California and the rest of the country are close to a bottom, how will that affect Hawaii real estate?

Of course pending home sales are up, it is spring/summer, they always go up this time of year.
