The National Foreclosure Picture

There was an NPR article with audio that discusses how some of the areas hardest hit by foreclosures are seeing more sales.  In some areas hardest hit, sales have more than doubled from a year ago.  Is this the bottom or a positive blip on the screen with more down side to follow.  Read: Foreclosure Sales: Light At The End Of The Tunnel?

Homes are getting multiple offers, and some home prices are even being bid up.
