Foreclosure Assistance
Is a greater effort directed at foreclosure assistance coming to homeowners? It sure appears so. Some sort of assistance appears to be a priority for the Government. What effect on the housing market will broad foreclosure assistance have on the housing market? Will mainland inventory levels fall bringing the supply/demand equilibrium back in order helping the housing market nationally recover? What will happen to the Hawaii housing market or other areas that have done well, if broad foreclosure assistance is made available?
