Short-Sales, Once Again

    When a homeowner decides to buy a real estate short
    sale they are taking a risk. It could be months before any decision is made allowing them to buy at the offered price. Most people think because the property is listed at that price that it will be purchased at that price but because it is up to the bank it can be denied easily. If a buyer can wait and if they are flexible on their terms, they can get a great deal in some cases.
